Open Source Workday Alternatives

Workday is a proprietary cloud platform for enterprise human capital management (HCM) and finance, covering HR, payroll, talent, and planning for large organizations on a per-employee subscription with substantial implementation costs. Teams that want to own their HR data and avoid enterprise licensing turn to open source, self-hostable alternatives.
